The project links three lines: the method itself, a short practical book, and a future school of practice for experienced practitioners.

The main Gordev site remains the broader space for coaching and thinking partnership.
This subdomain exists specifically for the ValueSpace method and the materials that grow around it.

A short practical book for an ordinary reader who needs a clearer way through an important decision without coaching jargon.
Project track
Academy
A school of practice in formation where the method can later be studied through modules, cases, peer practice, and supervision.
Who is developing the method
ValueSpace is being developed by Vitalii Gordeev.
The project stands on experience at the intersection of engineering work, management, mentoring, and coach training. That background brings sensitivity to systems, roles, tensions, and the cost of decisions.
In the wider context this work also lives on gordev.co. The broader focus there is development, role transition, thinking partnership, leadership work, and written notes.
Why keep it separate
The method becomes easier to develop inside a dedicated frame.
This makes it easier to hold the discipline of public language, avoid mixing the wider coaching context with method materials, and gradually build a library of cases, articles, and programs.
For an outside reader it also improves legibility. Here the method can be seen on its own terms: what it is, where it helps, how it is growing, and in which formats it can already be discussed.
